This 25 years old female presented to The Aesthetic Centers for a mommy makeover. The patient specifically wished to have a tummy tuck with breast augmentation. The patient was unhappy with her abdominal tissue looseness and sagging as well as her breast size. She was an A cup and desired to be a full C.
Examination of the patient by Dr. Agha revealed the patient had narrow A cup breasts with no cleavage. The patient's right nipple areola was 1 cm higher than the left side. The patient's abdomen showed a moderate degree of skin and tissue laxity. The patient also had fatty fullness (known as lipodystrophy) of the upper abdomen. The patient tried different implant sizers in our office and elected to have 425 cc silicone implants.
On the day of surgery, the patient underwent breast augmentation with silicone implants through an areolar incision. The implants were placed under the chest muscles. Dr. Agha also performed a crescent breast lift on the left side to align both nipple areolae since the left one was lower than the right side. For her abdomen, Dr. Agha performed liposuction of her waist and upper abdominal roll, followed by a high-definition tummy tuck and monsplasty (pubic lift).
The patient recovered well from her procedures. Her post-operative mommy makeover pictures were taken about 3 months after her surgery.
