MOMMY MAKEOVER BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 40

This 37 year old female presented to Dr. Agha unhappy with her abdominal tissue laxity and excess as well as her previous breast augmentation. She wished for a fuller and more symmetrical breasts.

During her Mommy Makeover surgery, Dr. Agha first removed her previous implants which were placed high on her chest. He next performed implant pocket correction and modification, Breast Augmentation with new implants and a Breast Lift. He increased her implant size by about half a cup larger than her previous ones. He carefully positioned them and closed the incision to create a more lifted and symmetrical placement. Once this was done, Dr. Agha moved on to her high definition abdominoplasty where he tightened her abdominal muscles and removed the lower belly fat and skin near the pubis. Finally, he closed the incisions in three layers for optimal healing.

The incision scar is placed low enough to be hidden beneath underwear or a bikini and shows remarkable healing within this time frame.
