MOMMY MAKEOVER BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 37

This 37 year old patient presented to Dr. Agha for a Mommy Makeover surgery. She was unhappy with the excess skin/tissue laxity of her abdomen and breast sagging after previous implants.

During the operation, Dr. Agha first Dr. removed excess fat from her lower back/flanks which was then transferred to her buttock dimples. The patient was then rotated on the operating room table and the front part of her surgeries were started. Dr. Agha performed a Breast Augmentation and Breast Lift by removing her pre-existing implants and correcting the implant pockets for smaller implants. He next began the abdominoplasty by liposuctioning excess fat from the upper abdominal region and waist. He then tightened the patient’s abdominal muscles and removed excess skin/tissue before closing her incisions at the lowest part of the abdomen in 3 layers.

The Mommy Makeover after photos show healing results 9 months post-operation. These photos show significant improvement in the smoothness/texture of her skin, breast perkiness, and overall hourglass figure. In her follow-up appointment, the patient emphasized her satisfaction with her transformation.
