MOMMY MAKEOVER BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 31

This 27 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Mommy Makeover. The patient was unhappy with the fullness in her abdominal area and her overall lack of an hourglass shape. She was also unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts and buttocks.

Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that the patient had a moderate degree of abdominal tissue excess and laxity, as well as fullness in her flanks and lower back. The patient also had significant breast ptosis, or breast sagging, and her areolae were larger than ideal and pointed downward, creating an unflattering shape to her breasts.

Dr. Agha began the patient’s Mommy Makeover by performing Liposuction on her back, love handles, flanks, and waist. This procedure removed the bulges of fat that disrupted the patient’s figure, and created a much smoother line from the patient’s chest down to her hips. The fat that was harvested during Liposuction was then used to perform a Brazilian Butt Lift.  The patient’s own fat was carefully grafted into each buttock cheek to round out the appearance of her buttocks and further accentuate her hourglass shape.
