MOMMY MAKEOVER BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 27

This 37 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Tummy Tuck, Liposuction and Buttock Reshaping with fat transfer, and a Breast Lift and Augmentation. The patient was unhappy with her abdominal tissue laxity and excess following her pregnancies as well as her over all lack of an hour-glass look. She was also unhappy with her C-cup breast size and wanted to be larger and more uplifted. Finally, the patient also felt that her buttocks could be fuller and perkier.

Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that the patient had significant breast ptosis, and her breasts were slightly asymmetrical in terms of position with the left being smaller and higher than the right. She also had a significant degree of abdominal tissue excess and laxity with moderate abdominal muscle separation.  Examination of the patient’s back was remarkable for midback roll of skin and fat, and significant fullness to her love-handles and lower back.  This gave the patient’s butt a boxy look.  The buttock cheeks also lacked a round shape.
