MOMMY MAKEOVER BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 26

This 50-year-old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Mommy Makeover. The patient was unhappy with her abdominal tissue laxity and excess following her pregnancies. She was also unhappy with the deflation and sagging of her breasts after nursing her children.

Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that the patient had a moderate degree of abdominal tissue excess and laxity, as well as a moderate degree of abdominal muscle separation due to pregnancy. The patient’s breasts were also slightly asymmetrical, with the right breast being slightly smaller and higher than the left breast.

As the patient only had minimal breast ptosis, or breast sagging, she did not require a Breast Lift to achieve her desired results, so Dr. Agha performed a standard Breast Augmentation.  The patient’s chose 400 cc Natrelle smooth, round, high-profile gel implants during her consultation.

On the day of surgery, Dr. Agha used a 375 cc implant on the left and a 400 cc implant on the right, to adjust for her breast asymmetries. The implants were placed under the muscle through inframammary fold incisions.
