MOMMY MAKEOVER BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 24

This 41-year-old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Tummy Tuck and Breast Lift. The patient wished to have a flatter abdomen and uplifted breasts.  She wore a D-cup bra and wished to remain the same size.

On examination. the patient was noted to have ample breast tissue that had sagged. She also had abdominal muscle separation, abdominal skin excess, and concave waistlines, as well as pubic or mons sagging.

During her Mommy Makeover, Dr. Agha first performed a Internal Dermal Bra Breast Lift. Through anchor-type incisions, her breast tissue was molded and reshaped so that each breast was rounder, fuller, and higher on the chest. This specialized breast lift uses the breast dermis to create an internal bra.  The dermis is wrapped around the underside of the breast tissue to support the breasts and give them an even more lifted appearance.   Next, the patient’s waist were liposuctioned to enhance her waistline while a low-cut High-Definition Tummy Tuck was completed.
