MOMMY MAKEOVER BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 23

This 42 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Mommy Makeover. The patient was unhappy with her abdominal bulge and fullness following her pregnancies.  She also had lost breast volume after nursing and wished to have larger and rounder breasts. 

On examination, the patient was noted to have A cup breasts.  The patient also had a moderate degree of abdominal muscle separation as well as abdominal skin excess. Patient’s waistlines were also concave, making the patient’s lower torso look boxy. 

During her Mommy Makeover surgery, Dr. Agha performed submuscular Breast Augmentation using the patient’s chosen 550 cc round silicone implants that were inserted through inframammary fold incisions.  For the patient’s abdomen, Dr. Agha first performed Liposuction on the patient’s waist to sculpt her body and create a more hourglass shape. He then completed his signature low-cut High-Definition Tummy Tuck and tightened the patient’s abdominal muscles, creating a more defined and toned abdomen.
