MOMMY MAKEOVER BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 12

This 34 year-old woman presented to Dr. Siamak Agha, at The Aesthetic Centers of Newport Beach, requesting to undergo multiple body contouring procedures as well as tummy tuck and breast augmentation revisions. The patient was dismayed with the results of a tummy tuck and breast augmentation that she had in 2009 by another surgeon in Los Angeles. The patient was specifically unhappy with her high tummy tuck scar and low breast implants. She was also unhappy with her outer thigh and buttock sagging after significant weight loss. 

Upon examination, the patient’s breasts lacked upper fullness and her implants were too low on her chest, with the left implant being lower than the right one. Both breasts were also sagging. The patient also had a tummy tuck scar was uneven, wide, and high on the sides. Patient also had lower back and love-handle fatty fullness, outer thigh and buttock laxity, as well as buttock deflation.

The patient desired to undergo a tummy tuck revision to lower her tummy tuck scar, outer thigh lift, buttock lift, lower back liposuction, buttock fat transfer, and finally breast augmentation revision with breast lift. Post-operative photos were taken 3 months after her body contouring surgeries and her revisions.
