LIPOSUCTION BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 27

This 37 year-old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for Liposuction of her lower abdomen, flanks, lower back, saddlebags, and inner thighs. The patient was unhappy with the prominence of these areas.

On examination, the patient was noted to have a moderate degree of fullness of each one of these areas. Dr. Agha subsequently performed Liposuction of the patient’s central abdomen, inner thighs, lower back, flanks, and saddlebags as desired by the patient.

As you can appreciate from her before and after photos, the patient’s lower and central abdominal prominence was completely corrected and the patient’s lower back concavity was enhanced to demarcate the back from the buttocks. Also, the bulges over the patient’s saddlebags and inner thighs were removed.  The whole mark of this liposuction was to create lines (and contour) that extend smoothly from the patient’s outer chest to her outer knees as can be seen on the front and back photos.
