LIPOSUCTION BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 7

This young female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for revision plastic surgery. The patient had previously had liposuction of her bananna folds, creating asymmetry of her buttock height and shape. On examination, the right lower butt was found to be full while the left one was over-liposuctioned. Dr. Agha performed liposuction of her inner thighs and saddlebags, and right lower butt cheek. The fat was then processed and carefully used for left lower butt fat transfer (Brazilian Butt Lift Procedure) to achieve symmetry with the right butt. Post-operative pictures were taken at 3 months after her revision plastic surgery.
