After multiple pregnancies, this 27 years old patient presented to our office for a Tummy Tuck, Liposuction and Buttocks Fat Transfer.
The patient was unhappy with her abdominal bulge and stretch marks. She also wished to have liposuction of her back to achieve a more sculpted figure.
On examination, Dr. Agha noted that the patient had a moderate degree of abdominal tissue excess as well as separation of abdominal muscles. He also noted that her buttocks were boxy due to the excess lower back and love handles fullness.
During surgery, he first liposculpted the patient’s lower back and flanks to create concavity of her waist and her lower back. The fat was then cleaned and processed and used for buttocks reshaping. The fat was primarily injected into the depressed outer buttocks to make them rounder uniformly, rather than making the buttocks bigger. He then completed his signature High-Definition Tummy Tuck with Monsplasty on her front.
