This 27 year-old female presented to our office for a tummy tuck after multiple pregnancies as well as liposuction and buttocks augmentation. The patient desired a more slender and sculpted body with a perkier and rounder buttocks.
During her surgery, the patient underwent liposuction of her flanks and back to sculpt curves and create an hour-glass physique. The liposuctioned fat was then washed, processed, and then injected into her buttocks to create central projection and a rounder shape. About 480 cc of pure fat was injected into each butt.
On the front, the patient had a high-definition tummy tuck with pubic lift as well as additional waist liposuction. The high-definition tummy tuck restored her abdominal definitions while the waist liposuction completed her body sculpting.
Patient’s post-op tummy tuck and buttocks augmentation photos were taken at 6 months after her surgery. Follow the stretch marks on the before pictures on her upper abdomen to see where they end up on the after pictures!
