Brazilian Butt Lift BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 38

This 27 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Brazilian Butt Lift. She was unhappy with the lack of projection and shape of her buttocks. Her buttocks had a V-shape, and she desired a larger, rounder, fuller buttocks. To address the patient’s concerns, Dr. Agha performed a Brazilian Butt Lift.

First, fat was Liposuctioned from the patient’s abdomen, back, and flanks to slim down her torso area and smooth the contours of her body. Then, the extracted fat was cleaned and processed and added into the patient’s buttocks. The patient desired a very full, round backside, so Dr. Agha transferred a generous amount of fat throughout each buttock cheek to create a perky, curvy shape. In total, 600 cc of fat were added to each of her buttock cheeks.

Her new shapely buttocks was much more proportional to the rest of her body, and became the nice focal point of her new curvaceous figure. The patient’s Buttock Augmentation before and after photos were taken 6 months after her procedure, and she was very happy with her new buttocks.
