This 27 year old woman came to the Aesthetic Centers from the Middle East to have Brazilian butt lift surgery. Upon examination, she was found to be very slender lacking much fat for liposuction, so to achieve marked buttock augmentation, she was offered buttock implants. However, she did not want to have implants. She underwent liposuction of her love-handles, lower back, upper back, lower back, and inner thighs, and liposculpture of her abdomen. The liposuctioned fat was then processed and carefully transferred to the buttocks as micrografts. Post-operative photos were taken before her return home.
