This 42 year old Asian woman came to Dr. Agha for Brazilian butt lift surgery. Upon examination, she was found to have a lack of demarcation between the lower back and the upper buttocks and a boxy shape to her buttocks. The patient’s buttocks height was short and lacked projection. She desired a moderate degree of fullness of her buttocks. She underwent liposuction of her abdomen, lower back, upper back, inner thighs, and love-handles. The liposuctioned fat was then carefully processed and transferred to her buttocks as micrografts. Post-operative photos were taken at 18 months after her Brazilian butt lift procedure.
