Brazilian Butt Lift BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 15

This patient presented to Dr. Agha for correction of her buttock shape. The patient had previously had buttock augmentation with buttock implants. The buttock implants enhanced the upper buttock region but the lower buttocks lacked fullness and shape. Also, the buttock implant borders were obvious and visible. The patient desired implant exchange to improve these features. Given the fact that implant exchange would have not corrected these problems, Dr. Agha instead performed a Brazilian Butt Lift. Fat was liposuctioned from the patient’s abdomen and back, and was then carefully injected into her lower buttocks and over the implant borders to obtain a more balanced shape. post-operative pictures were taken at 6 months.
