This patient presented to Dr. Agha for liposuction of her saddlebags and love-handles, as well as correction of her buttock shape. The patient was unhappy with the fullness of her lower buttock region and wished to have a perkier and rounder buttock shape. Dr. Agha performed liposuction of her love-hangles and saddlebags as well as lower buttock regions. The fat was then carefully used for transfer into the upper buttock regions (shown as lipoaug.) to create a more balanced buttock shape. Post-operative Brazilian Butt Lift pictures were taken at 12 months.
