This 30 years old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for Brazilian butt lift. She underwent liposuction of her abdomen, waist, upper and lower back in preparation for her buttock fat transfer. Dr. Agha then sculpted a V-shaped demarcation between the lower back and the upper butt region. The liposuctioned fat was carefully processed and then diffusely injected into the buttock area to achieve uniform Brazilian butt lift and augmentation. The patient’s buttock projection and height were enhanced, as well as its shape and size. Post-operative Brazilian butt lift pictures were taken at 18 months after her surgery.
