This 33 years old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for Brazilian butt lift. She underwent liposuction of her abdomen, waist, upper and lower back in preparation for her buttock fat transfer (Brazilian Butt Lift procedure). Dr. Agha then sculpted a V-shaped demarcation between the lower back and the upper butt region. The liposuctioned fat was washed with antibiotic solution, carefully processed, placed in syringes, and then diffusely injected into the buttock area to achieve uniform Brazilian butt lift and augmentation. The patient’s boxy-shape buttock was transformed into a round-shape. As can be seen from the pictures, the projection and height of her buttocks were enhanced. Post-operative pictures were taken at 6 months after her Brazilian butt lift surgery.
