This 50 year old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for back liposuction and a Brazilian butt lift. The patient underwent liposuction of her waist, upper and lower back rolls as well as buttock fat transfer with 350 cc of her own fat on each side. Note the boxy-shape of her buttock beofre versus the rounder-shape of her buttock after. Her results are long-lasting after six months. Post-operative Brazilian butt lift photos were taken at eight months after one session of fat transfer.
