This 62-year-old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for an Arm Lift. The patient was unhappy with her arm skin ripples and looseness.
Examination of her arms was remarkable for moderate upper arm and armpit tissue excess and laxity. The right arm was also found to be larger than the left circumferentially.
During a 3 hours surgery, Dr. Agha performed an L-brachioplasty on the patient to remove the excess arm and armpit skin and fat and to lift these areas at the same time. He also made her arms more symmetrical and even.
